Overall, I had a great stay at this resort. The room was spacious and comfortable, perfect for my needs during my tour. While there were some minor issues with the management's organization, the staff at the front desk were incredibly accommodating, which made my experience much more enjoyable. The outdoor hot tub with a mountain view was a highlight, but I would have liked a better breakfast option.

This hotel has a great location near Banff and Lake Louise, making it a convenient spot for exploring the area. The room we had was spacious and the bed was incredibly comfortable. However, be cautious if you're a light sleeper as noise from the adjoining rooms can be intrusive, especially from conversations. Additionally, breakfast isn't included, which was a bit disappointing.

I had an amazing stay at the lodge! The staff went above and beyond to make my experience special, especially Laura and Oren who were incredibly helpful. The room was spacious and extremely comfortable, and I loved the stunning views of the mountains. While the facilities were decent, the hot tub was a nice touch, though the pool could be larger. Overall, it felt like great value for the price I paid, despite some minor inconveniences with availability during peak season.
