Overall, I had a great stay at this resort. The room was spacious and comfortable, perfect for my needs during my tour. While there were some minor issues with the management's organization, the staff at the front desk were incredibly accommodating, which made my experience much more enjoyable. The outdoor hot tub with a mountain view was a highlight, but I would have liked a better breakfast option.

This hotel has a great location near Banff and Lake Louise, making it a convenient spot for exploring the area. The room we had was spacious and the bed was incredibly comfortable. However, be cautious if you're a light sleeper as noise from the adjoining rooms can be intrusive, especially from conversations. Additionally, breakfast isn't included, which was a bit disappointing.

Our suite was spacious, featuring a king bed that was one of the most comfortable I've experienced in a hotel. It also had a gas fireplace and kitchenette, which exceeded our expectations for comfort and convenience.
Service

The staff was friendly at check-in, and they informed us about the hot tub being out of service. However, there were a few instances where I felt the attention could have been better, especially considering some minor maintenance issues.
Location

The hotel is conveniently located about a 10-minute walk from the town center, making it easy to access restaurants and shops. The views of the mountains are beautiful from the rooms, but be aware of potential noise from the nearby train.

Breakfast wasn't included here, which was a drawback for us. Instead, you get a discount at the on-site restaurant, but we found the breakfast options a bit lacking.
Facilities

The hotel features a pool on the second floor, which was open during our stay, but the hot tub was not operational. Overall, the facilities were decent but could use some updates.

The room was spacious and had a lovely little kitchen area, making our stay very comfortable. The breakfast was a highlight with delicious options available both mornings. Though the overall ambiance of the hotel could use some refreshing, our experience was quite positive and we would definitely return if in the area again.

We had a lovely week-long stay at the hotel for our wedding, and while there were some issues with management organization, the friendly front desk staff made our experience enjoyable. The room was spacious with a beautiful mountain view, but it did feel a bit dated and could use some renovations. Overall, the hotel had a great central location and clean facilities, but communication and management left something to be desired.

I had an amazing stay at the lodge! The staff went above and beyond to make my experience special, especially Laura and Oren who were incredibly helpful. The room was spacious and extremely comfortable, and I loved the stunning views of the mountains. While the facilities were decent, the hot tub was a nice touch, though the pool could be larger. Overall, it felt like great value for the price I paid, despite some minor inconveniences with availability during peak season.
